Playbooks in Akita can be triggered either automatically or manually.

To manually trigger a Playbook, first navigate to the Account record you wish to trigger the Playbook for.

Next click on the Playbooks tab. Here you will see a list of all Playbooks, in progress or otherwise.

To trigger a Playbook, click on the dropdown field Select a playbook to trigger manually. A list of all Playbooks will appear.

Select the appropriate Playbook and click the Trigger Playbook button. The Playbook record will open on the right hand side and will also now be listed in the Accounts tab. [Below].
