You can change 4 characteristics of a Dashboard Widget:
1. Change the Name of the Widget
1. The Dimensions of the widget.
2. Position - Where the widget sits on the Dashboard
3. Timeframe - Data from what period of time is displayed on the widget
4. Delete - remove the widget from the dashboard
