How to track Account and Contact traits over time

You can select any Account- or Contact-level trait and record a history of that trait over time.

Akita allows you to track any numeric Account or Contact trait over time. This includes:

  • Data you provide via Javascript SDK or REST API

  • Custom fields you create

  • Data imported from 3rd-party integrations

To specify a trait to track, go to Tracked Metrics, click the "+ New Metric" button in the top right corner of the screen, and fill out the form that appears.
