There are a number of ways to create Contact records in Akita, including passing the details in via our Rest API or adding your contact list via CSV upload. There is also the option to manually create Contact records in Akita.

To do this, navigate to the Account record you wish to add the Contact to. Click on the +Create Contact button. A pop-up box will appear with a number of fields to complete.

Unique Identifier: This must be unique across all Contacts. It should be the identifier you use internally and send with API requests and via the Javascript SDK.

The First Name & Last Name fields are compulsory and there is an optional email field to complete. [See Gif below].
